HIGH END IMAGE RETOUCHING RATES
High end image retouching is something which, to a greater or lesser extent, is applied to practically every image. Even a simple crop or colour correction is an alteration of the original RAW file.
Image retouching has developed a bad image as a result of over-retouched imagery predominantly of models. This can lead to bad body images in teenagers who think that the models woke up looking like that. What they forget is the handful of make up artists and stylist running around after them making them look good. Whilst I do glamour retouching, body sculpting and skin retouching, my preference is for subtle reworking. I am all for a disclaimer being added to images that have been "photoshopped"
Creative image retouching is a completely different beast. This is where handfuls of images are merged together into a composite resulting in an image that never existed. Examples of this are movie posters.

£25 per hour or part
