STANDARD USE AGREEMENT FOR COMMERCIAL IMAGES

  Copyright remains withCraig McKay Photography at all times and is enshrined in Term & Conditions.

  Upon payment of the agreed sum, ownership of the images (but NOT copyright) will pass to the client. The licence will be STANDARD USE. The client cannot use the images beyond the terms and conditions of the licence. If the use of any image exceeds the licence in any way then a sum equivalent to the cost of the actual usage, plus 50% will become payable.

  All quotations will be provided on the basis of all images being supplied to you

   

  Web Use
  
  

  All Standard Use quotations allow for image use on any web page including main Home page, index page or main site splash page.

   

  Geographical Use
  
  

  All Standard Use quotations allow for image use within the UK only. Use of images outwith the UK? Discuss this with me.

   

  Image Placement
  
  

  All Standard Use quotations allow for image use on the front cover and inside pages of any internal publication.If you require use in a Magazine or trade publication for example, please contact us to discuss.

   

  Print Runs
  
  

  All Standard Use quotations allow for image use in publications upto and including print runs of 25,000. If you require use of an image in a publication which exceeds a print run of 25,000 please contact us to discuss.

   

  Length of use
  
  

  All Standard Use quotations allow for image use up to 24 months in duration. If you require yse of an image in a publication, any printed material or web page which exceeds24 months in duration please contact us to discuss. The licence period starts as soon as full payment has been made by the client.

   

  Restrictions

  
  
  

  Licence agreements ARE NOT transferable to any third parties. Any licence granted is granted solely to "the client" for the purposes noted on the quotation and invoice. Reproduction rights are granted by way of a licence and DO NOT imply or confer any rights to Copyright.
